MotoZone provides a 30-day limited warranty on workmanship, effective from the date of work completion.
This warranty is non-transferable and covers defects in workmanship only.
Exceptions and details are outlined below.
All parts are covered at the discretion of the manufacturer.
If a part is found to be defective and covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, MotoZone will perform the replacement labor at the current shop labor rate.
There is no warranty on the following items:

Replacement parts or labor provided after the original warranty is fulfilled will not extend the warranty period.
Extra labor charges (1.5 x the current hourly rate) will apply to vehicles in severe condition. Severe condition vehicles include those showing any of the following:
If your vehicle falls into this category, you will be notified and labor charges will be charged accordingly.
A storage fee of $50 per day (up to a maximum of $4,500) will apply if your vehicle is not picked up and paid for in full within 7 days of being notified that the job is complete. Notification will be made via the email and/or phone number provided on your account.
Unpaid balances are subject to a mechanic’s lien, in accordance with:

MotoZone is not responsible for loss or damage to your motorcycle, ATV, UTV, or any items left with the vehicle due to fire, theft, or causes beyond our control.
